Unlocking Peak Performance
Whether you are a musician or athlete, professional or student, you have so many gifts. And challenges. The outer challenges are apparent. You have to work. You have to practice. You have to show up consistently. You have to stretch yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Ah, but those are the easy challenges.
The real work, that is ultimately going to make the difference, is what is going on inside.
And for most of us most of the time, it isn't pretty.
There's the pressure to be perfect, to ace the exam, to pass the audition, to be accepted into the school/program/team/orchestra of our choice, to appear competent,
to feel successful, to enjoy what we are actually doing.
And that doesn't even begin to address the fears and nervousness we are feeling. Before the fact. During the fact. And even after the fact. It keeps us from succeeding as well as we can, and from enjoying the process as much as we would like.
Is there any hope for overcoming all of this pressure, all of this stress?
Actually…….Yes. There is help. Real help. And it is closer than you know. In your very fingertips, and in your imagination, your words, your focus. That's it. The rest is how you put it all together. Come learn the basics of EFT.
To get you started helping yourself, sign up! (above, if you haven't already done so) to receive a free audio, and additional weekly Notes, which will walk you through the process.
