Frazzled? Overwhelmed? Don't know which end is up?

Below are but a sampling of the innumerable issues that can be effectively and efficiently transformed with EFT.  Do you see yourself, or someone you know, in these scenarios?

You an artist and cannot stand the unrelenting nervousness when performing.
You do your yoga, your deep breathing, your meditation, and even other techniques. They help a lot in many ways but when you get on stage, heck when you even think about getting near the stage, all hell breaks loose in your nervous system. You feel like your body is out of control. All you want to do is share your gifts with the world, express yourself authentically. It seems impossible. Does it have to always be like this?

You're a successful entrepreneur.
On the outside, you have it all together.  You look great.  Your business looks great.
No one really knows how you are struggling inside.  You don't know how much longer you can keep this up.  Is there anything that can really help diffuse this anxiety?

You feel overwhelmed at home.
You love your family and are doing your best to hold it all together, but sometimes you feel as though you are right on the edge. There's so much on your plate.  The stress is unmanageable.  You can't handle one more thing.  You need relief and you need it now.
Nothing has helped sufficiently.  Where to turn?

You have a child who is struggling in school.
You see his/her challenges and have tried any number of approaches.  Maybe they help for a while but your child's stress and disappointment just escalates.  Is there a way out of this never-ending frustration?  Is there a way to help this child succeed and feel good about him/herself?

You are stuck in worry.
You know that all the worry in the world will not solve anything but you can't help it.  Maybe if you worry enough you'll somehow be able to change things. But you are feeling worse and worse and it's not helping at all. What now?

You know your grades and papers would be great if only you could relax enough to concentrate and let the ideas flow.  But the enormous pile of assignments, each requiring your immediate and exemplary attention is weighing you down to the point where nothing is getting done.  And what is getting done is definitely not your best.  You need a break, a breather, but that's impossible.  Is there anything that can reduce this overwhelming pressure?

You have chronic pain and nothing is helping sufficiently.
You've been to every doctor and healthcare practitioner you can think of. You've had surgery, and take pain medications. You have tried alternative approaches and experienced some relief in the past but there is still pain remaining and nothing you do gives enough relief.  Is there something else?

You know what it is you want to do, what direction you want to pursue, but you just cannot seem to make a move.
You feel stuck, frustrated, angry, disappointed, unable to make decisions or keep commitments or forge ahead.  You have great ideas and no follow-through.
How can you get out of this rut?

You pride yourself on great self-care. 
You love learning new ways to improve your health and well-being.  You do EFT or other healing techniques but are still feeling stuck and stressed.  You need additional support but hate to admit it.  Maybe it's time to ask for assistance?
